you know what’s so sad?

i’m watching pokemon: the first movie and i realized something so sad

it’s where meowth is talking to the other meowth about getting along and whatnot. and this movie was originally made in japan- and they sent it to the us. we’re the people who bombed them, who took away so many things. yet they send us this message in the form of natural vs. clone, in a children’s movie?
and then pikachu is againts the clone pikachu, and he just won’t fight. it’s so horrible. and then he gets nocked over again but gets up, and doesn’t say a thing. man pokemon- it’s so deep. :’(
